Family Caregivers are abused, neglected and exploited. To change abuse, we must learn the different forms of abuse harming Family Caregivers today. Surprisingly, many caregivers feel guilt and shame for the hardships they have endured, finding it very difficult to talk of the abuse, neglect and exploitation they have experienced.
