Services of care are provided by either (a) a Family Caregiver, (b) trained and legally registered home-caregiver or (c) professional nursing staff in either (1) the person's home (low to medium medical care), (2) assisted living facility (low medical care), or (3) long term care facility (low to medium medical care), also called nursing homes (USA) or extended care facilities (CDN).
