Hospice Palliative Care is a support network of health care professionals, and volunteers with specialized training and supervision, who provide a quality of care for physical, emotional, spiritual, and social concerns for patients who are at risk of dying or for end of life care with much needed support for their family members.

Care is provided at home, in the hospital, or residental facility of the patient. Support is provided to family members within the home, hospital and their local hospice society, which can provide the Family Caregiver with an abundance of knowledge through their book lending library and counseling services.
